| Nancy Smith, LUTCF opened Smith Insurance Service, Inc. with her daughter, Lydia, in 1999. Nancy was looking for a way to bring her 25 years of insurance experience to a higher level of customer service. The result is Smith Insurance Service, Inc. catering to a variety of business and personal insurance needs. Nancy, with the help of the staff, enjoys helping a wide variety of customers. When not working, she enjoys singing in the church choir, playing with her grandchildren, and traveling. |

| Lydia Smith McMillion brings over 13 years of experience to Smith Insurance Service, Inc. Her objective is to take the time to get to know each of her clients, so together they can meet each family’s needs and goals. Lydia specializes in Personal Auto, Home and Personal Umbrella Insurance Policies. Lydia is very family oriented with 2 young children and when not working she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening. |
